I recently purchased two sets of knee supports from Coopers of stortford and these were poor quality, I have emailed Coopers customer services several times to discus the matter but they totally ignore me.

Customer service is poor to none existing.

I don’t think I will use them again.

I agree. Coopers of Stortfod Customer Service is inadequate. I placed an order in response to an email from them offering a discount The discount was not shown on their order acknowledgements. I want to cancel if the discount is not available. By their rulesI must cancel within seven days. I email customer services and get an automated reply saying it will be seven days before I hear from them, and to not to chase as this will delay things more. I try to phone and am told I am 17th in the queue. Waiting would probably cost me more than the discount. I seriously wonder if they make their money from people hanging on the ‘phone.

I’ve had trouble with them before and am kicking myself for falling for it again. It like being in a play by Kafka. It would be funny if it wasn’t such a frustrating nightmare.

Awful. Use at your peril! Like many others I have had bad experience not just with the slow delivery, but the awful service, return of money, damaged goods etc. Check out their reviews on
]http://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.secretsales.com. Almost all rate the company badly.

Customer service very poor or non existant.
Two tables ordered both came damaged.
Sent email notifying.
No reply.

They sell fakes just got my two orders – they have offered free returns after ringing there phones for 3 days – on a premium rate number. I will be reporting this company for selling fakes – they will not get away with this.

i ve bought a valentino bag from secretsales and just got it deliveried. but found out it was the fake valentino with the name mario valentino inside . so disapointed , dont know whether to return the item or not cuz it cost £…

They do indeed sell some great products, only trouble is if you try to get reply from them when things go wrong if you are like me you will not receive a reply after two attempts and 23 days later nothing.

I registered voucher 1073529-BUY793450 late last week and then rang Thornbury Castle Hotel to book afternoon tea for two for today, Monday, 30th May 2011. When we arrived and presented the voucher we were told it was incomplete so we were unable to have tea (unless we would like to pay!). I am very disappointed and feel that the hotel is being unreasonable in honouring my voucher. Your comments would be appreciated.

My partner and myself paid for a cruise to depart on the 17th May 2011 aboard the ill-fated MSC Opera. As reported in the National press the cruise was cancelled at the very last moment by the cruise company. Gills Cruises Ltd have attempted to persuade us to take an alternative cruise. We do not want any further dealings with either Gills Cruises or MSC Cruises Ltd. When we enquired as to when we could expect our money back we were informed that it could be “some weeks”. Some one is playing sticky fingers with our money (some £2,200.00). Watch this space for further developments.
