		<description>I recently purchased two sets of knee supports from Coopers of stortford and these were poor quality, I have emailed Coopers customer services several times to discus the matter but they totally ignore me.

Customer service is poor to none existing.

I don&#039;t think I will use them again.</description>

		<description>I agree. Coopers of Stortfod Customer Service is inadequate. I placed an order in response to an email from them offering a discount The discount was not shown on their order acknowledgements. I want to cancel if the discount is not available. By their rulesI must cancel within seven days. I email customer services and get an automated reply saying it will be seven days before I hear from them, and to not to chase as this will delay things more. I try to phone and am told I am 17th in the queue. Waiting would probably cost me more than the discount. I seriously wonder if they make their money from people hanging on the &#039;phone.

I&#039;ve had trouble with them before and am kicking myself for falling for it again. It like being in a play by Kafka. It would be funny if it wasn&#039;t such a frustrating nightmare.

		<description>I registered voucher 1073529-BUY793450 late last week and then rang Thornbury Castle Hotel to book afternoon tea for two for today, Monday, 30th May 2011.  When we arrived and presented the voucher we were told it was incomplete so we were unable to have tea (unless we would like to pay!).  I am very disappointed and feel that the hotel is being unreasonable in honouring my voucher.  Your comments would be appreciated.</description>

As reported in the National press the cruise was cancelled at the very last moment by the cruise company. Gills Cruises Ltd have attempted to persuade us to take an alternative cruise. We do not want any further dealings with either Gills Cruises or MSC Cruises Ltd. When we enquired as to when we could expect our money back we were informed that it could be “some weeks”. Some one is playing sticky fingers with our money (some £2,200.00). Watch this space for further developments.</description>
